Inaugurating the second Voice of Global South Summit through video conferencing on Friday, the Prime Minister said that geographically the Global South has always been there, but it is getting effective leadership for the first time. We are leaders of more than 100 different countries. The interests and priorities are the same. Along with this, India believes that new technology should not become a new source of increasing the distance between North and South. It is noteworthy that this event, which started being hosted by India after hosting G-20, is being considered important in Indian diplomacy.
