Dr. Arthur Keiser has been a tireless leader for students, has given numerous presentations, and published many articles and reports on various subjects relating to private career schools and not-for-profit sectors. He has consistently made himself, his facilities, his staff, and his faculty available to FAPSC in support of the sharing of knowledge, ideas, and practices with sector members at conferences and workshops.
